In order to acquire this, one has to take up the CCNA CBT course and pass the exam following it. However, the exam is designed for the network administrators in the entry level. Upon completion of the exam and acquiring a pass mark would reward them with certificates. After the certification, some training and experience is also needed to set up the career in the network administration.

This training could also be received through watching the CCNA training videos which are available online. The knowledge and training acquired from these videos could be used to practice on their own. Experience would automatically be gathered when practice is done on a regular basis. This experience would help in fetching a good career. Simulators are also one way through which once can practice the things learnt in CCNA CBT. But this would not be of full help as hands on experience would be required. When one gets a chance to view many training videos, then he would one day start practicing on his own gradually. One could also purchase all kinds of routers that are available so that practicing would be yet easier.
